Prior to joining Qazaqstan Investment Corporation, he held the position of Deputy General Director of Kazakhavtodor LLP of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He holds a Master's degree in Engineering and Technology from the Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.Satpayev

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from E.Buketov KarSU and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from KazGUU.

Currently, he does not have a part-time job.

He is not a member of the Board of Directors of other organizations.

He has no shares of shares owned by affiliated organizations.

Managing Director of Captive Funds Department of Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC

Holds a bachelor's degree in finance, as well as a master's degree in economics from Pavlodar State University, has more than 24 years of experience in the financial sector, including 18 years of experience in management positions and 3 years of experience in the field of corporate governance and captive funds in Society.

Has experience in leadership work as Deputy Director (Front Office Manager) of the branch of the joint stock company "Bank CenterCredit" (hereinafter referred to as BCC) in the city of Pavlodar from 2005 to 2010, Director of the BCC Branch in the city of Semey from 2010 to 2015, head of the branch Joint Stock Company "Kcell" in the cities of Semey, Aktobe and Astana from 2013 to 2020, and Corporate Secretary, Director of the Captive Funds Department and Managing Director in the Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC from 2021 to the present.

He has worked in senior positions in the oil and gas sector for over 23 years, including over 12 years as a manager in Kazakhstani oil and gas companies. He has two years of experience working abroad in the management of Shell Company in the Sultanate of Oman (Shell's operating company in Oman is PDO Petroleum Development of Oman). He was involved as one of the key employees both on the part of the competent authority of Kazakhstan and in the direct operational management of important oil and gas projects for the country, such as the North Caspian project (Kashagan), the Beineu-Bozoi-Shymkent and Sary-Arka gas pipelines. He was a member of the Management Board of the Association of Taxpayers of Kazakhstan "ANK", was a member of the Expert Council of the Association "KazEnergy" and the Association of Independent Directors of the Russian Federation (AND RF). Honorary member of the QID Association (Qazaq Independent Directors)

He was an Independent Director - member of the Board of Directors of JSC "DB Alfa-Bank Kazakhstan", JSC "National Company "Kazakhstan Engineering", JSC "NC" Kazakhstan Temir Zholy".

Graduated with honors from the Alma-Ata Institute of National Economy in 1985. In 2001, he studied at the London Business School under the Accelerated Development Program (ADP) for executives.

He worked in the system of the Ministry of Finance of the Kazakh SSR for 7 years, including in senior positions (1985-1992). 22 years (1994-2015) worked in the largest international audit company PricewaterhouseCoopers, including 17 years as CEO and 12 years as an international partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Central and Eastern Europe Holdings B.V. (Netherlands). He also worked for 2 years in two other international audit companies Ernst & Young (1992-1993) and Grant Thornton (2016-2018). For many years, he was the Vice President of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a member of the Council of this professional organization, as well as a member of the Advisory Council of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan. In 2013, he was a member of the subgroup of the Foreign Investors Council under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Before Baiterek Venture Fund JSC, he served on the boards of directors of four organizations: Eurasian Bank JSC (2018-2024), KEGOC JSC (2020-2022), Turgai Petroleum JSC (2022-present) and Settlement and Financial Center for Support of Renewable Energy Sources LLP, a state-owned enterprise under the management of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2022-2023).

Has over 15 years of experience in development institutions and the financial sector. Before joining the Fund, he worked as Managing Director for captive funds at Qazaqstan Investment Corporation. Previously, he held the positions of Director of the Project Finance and PPP Department at Baiterek Holding, Deputy Director of the Industry Analysis Department at the Development Bank of Kazakhstan, Head of the Macroeconomic Analysis Department at the Institute of Economic Research. He is a graduate of the State University - Higher School of Economics (Moscow, Russia), where he received a Master's degree in Economics in public finance under the Bolashak Program, as well as the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, specializing in finance and credit.

In 2012, he graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University under the Bolashak program, specializing in Ground Transport Systems, and also holds a bachelor's degree in law. Experience in public service for 5 years. In 2016-2018, he headed the Investor Service Center, and was the Managing Director at Astana Innovation JSC. In Baiterek Venture Fund JSC, he deals with corporate governance issues.
